Our new house

Ok I’m not losing it I’m not losing it!! how many times do i need to say that before I start believing it?  We just bought a new house, UMMMM, we bought a house that is new to us and we are now in the process of fixing painting and doing small renovations. (well if you think walling up a large vaulted walk through small.  he he.

I thought I would show you some befores so that the afters in a few weeks….months will be fun.

This weird closet in the Laundry is the closet from the office on the other side of the wall, it is now gone so my laundry will be so much bigger and that weird corner thing is a vent so hopefully it will be lowered and a sink put in above.  Right now the whole room is gutted hope Bry can figure out how to tile!!

The walk through is barely visible on the top right and is being  walled up as I type this I was too nervous to stay and watch so I left to do shopping at Costco.  Also the stairs are being repainted white and the railing spray painted turquoise.  My hubby is dying but that will just make him move faster at replacing them with what we really want.

Kitchen……The black granite tile has to go!!! not because its black (which I dislike) or that its tiles (which I dislike)  its because the tiles are so poorly installed that there are gaps and the wood front is warping, all in all its a mess how ever that is not going to get done till next summer so I’m going to have to put my big girl pants on and make it work till then.  I truly have 101 photos of the new house that I’m sure your not interested in but when we do the makeovers I’ll be sure to show you.  Hopefully I’ll get some crafting done in the next few months!!!
